Savory Pepper Steak


Ingredients

2-3 pounds of roundsteak cut into ½ inch thick strips.
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 large onion chopped
2 garlic cloves, grated or minced
1/2 green peppers sliced
1/2 red peper sliced
1  16oz cans of tomatoes
1 tbsp beef bouillon
2 tsp ofWorcestershire sauce
2 tbsp of steak seasoning (A1, Heintzs, etc.)


Directions

Toss steak strips in mixture of flour, salt and pepper.  Mix together remaining ingredients. Freeze.
Cook on low 8 hours.  Serve with rice or noodles - also works well over tortilla chips for nachos (just cut the strips in half before freezing)
