Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cooked shredded
1 cl. garlic
2 T butter
28 oz. chicken broth
28 oz. chopped stewed tomatoes
1 c. salsa
1/2 c. cilantro
1 T cumin (or to taste)
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
small can green chilis
2 c frozen corn
1 can black beans
Sour Cream
Tortilla chips

Directions

Saute garlic in butter
Combine remaining ingredients except cheese, sour cream, chips
Cover, cook on low in crock pot, 8-10 hours
Cover w/ remaining ingredients to taste
