Directions
Peel and cut peaches into small pieces
Put into large pot and heat slowly (no water)
When peaches soften, crush slightly
Cook slowly about 20 min or until peaches are softened
Measure peach pulp and add 1 c. sugar per cup of pulp
Return to heat and cook until thing - about 20 min.
Pour into sterelized glass jars, leaving 1/4 inch on top.
Close TIGHTLY
Process in boiling water bath for 10 min.
