Ingredients
4 large red potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Heat over to 425
Cut potatoes in wedges
Boil potatoes & cook 8-12 minutes - drain
Melt butter and mix in remaining ingredients
Coat wedges and bake for 10 minutes
Turn and bake another 10 minutes
