Fajitas

Ingredients

1-2 lbs of round steak or chicken
1 8oz cans of Rotel
1/2 large onion, cut in strips
1/2 green pepper, strips
1/2 red pepper, strips
1 tsp cilantro
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 jalapeno

(To serve:)
Corn or flour tortillas
Sour cream
Shredded cheese
Guacamole

Directions


Cut meat into strips (cut against the grain) 
Combine all ingredients, freeze
Cook in crock pot 6-8 hours on low
Serve on tortillas with cheese, guac, sour cream

Note: Because of the veggie measurements, I tend to double the recipe and split into two bags - On chicken, one steak.
