In a gallon bag, place:
- 2-4 lbs boneless pork ribs
- ½ cup apple juice
- 1 ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp.pepper
In a quart bag, place:
- 1 ½ cups ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
Pour contents of gallon bag into crockpot
Cook on low for 8 to 9 hours
Drain liquid from crockpot
Pour in contents of quart bag
Cook on low 1 more hour
