Tenderized chicken breast rolled with
garlic butter and our homemade breadcrumbs, filled with a savory
garlic, onion, and pepper mix.
Ingredients
Filling:
½ c butter
4 T chopped green onions
4 T white cheddar
2 T minced garlic
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Chicken:
6 whole boneless chicken breasts
½ c butter
1 c breadcrumbs
½ c chopped parsley
½ tsp salt
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp pepper
Directions
Stir together all filling ingredients,
divide into 6 portions and freeze for 30 minutes
Heat oven to 350
Flatten chicken breasts to about ¼ in
thickness
Place 1 portion of filling onto each
breast and roll
Melt butter in baking pan
Combine remaining chicken ingredients
Dip rolled chicken in melted butter,
coat with crumbs
Place rolls in pan and sprinkle with
remaining crumb mix
Bake 55-65 minutes or until fork tender
