Ingredients
3 large chicken breasts
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. chicken broth
4 tbsp. butter
3, 16 oz. cans Northern Beans - don't drain!
1.5 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. Cavenders
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper
Directions
Boil chicken breasts, drain water into bowl and remove impurities - return broth to pot
Shred chicken, add to broth
Add other ingredients
Simmer 1 hour
For crockpot
Combine all ingredients in ziplock and freeze. Cook in crockpot 6-8 hours on low. Remove chicken and shred about halfway through and return to pot.
