Meringue Cookies

We used to make these for Brennan when he was on a Gluten Free diet, but they're tasty even if you're not.

Ingredients

3 eggs whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Beat egg whites until very stiff
Warm honey and drizzle into eggs
Gently mix in salt and vanilla extract
Spoon onto cookie sheet
Dry at 120 with oven door open'
Let cookies completely cool in oven
