Swiss Steak

Ingredients

2 lb round steak about 1/2-1 in thick
2 T flour
1 cn cream of chicken soup
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
garlic powder to taste
2 T shortening

Directions

Combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Sprinkle over both sides of steak. Cut into serving sizes
Melt fat over medium heat, brown on both sides, reduce to low and simmer until meat is tender 1/5-2 hrs.
