Ingredients
1/4 c. butter
3 chicken breasts (1 lb.)
3 c. zucchini
1/3 c. sliced green onions (optional)
Sauce
2 tbsp butter
3 cl. minced garlic
3 tbsp flour
3 oz. cream cheese
10 oz. chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp pepper
(maybe paprika, celery seed, red pepper?)
Cooked rice/quinoa
Directions
Melt butter until sizzling
Add chicken breasts, cook until brown and tender
Add zucchini and onions until crisp tender
Sauce
Saute garlic in butter
Add flour until smooth
Add other ingredients, cook until smooth
Serve: rice, zucchini, chicken, butter from chicken pan, gravy
