Honey Vinegar Carrots

Ingredients

1 bag baby carrots

2 Tbsp. olive oil

3 Tbsp. honey

1 tsp. balsalmic vinegar. 

Directions

Cover carrots in oil, s&p

Bake @ 400 for 20 minutes.

Drizzle remaining ingredients

Bake another 5 minutes.
