Ingredients
Metalballs:
2 lbs. hamburger
Italian seasonings and s&p to taste
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
Cheese Sauce:
1 c. colby jack cheese
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 c. mozzerella
4 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Directions
Mix meatball ingredients well, make into balls
Place on greased baking sheet
Bake 20-30 min @ 350
Blend cheese ingredients over med heat, stirring constantly - add butter if too thick
