Ingredients
1 lb. spaghetti
8 slices bacon/prosciutto
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 eggs slightly beaten
s&p
3 tbsp. light cream
1/2 c. Parmesan
1 tbsp. parsley
Directions
Chop and saute bacon in oil
Boil noodles
Partially drain bacon and combine with noodles
Gently stir in eggs, cream, s&p, until eggs set
Toss with parsley and Parmesan
