Ingredients
16 oz. can of chickpeas
4 tsp. lemon juice
2.5 tbsp. Tahini
2 tsp. crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
Parsley to taste
Directions
Drain peas, set aside liquid
Combine other ingredients in blender
Add 1/4 c. liquid from peas
Blend 3-5 minutes
Top with olive oil, olives, minced garlic, parsley, etc.
