Better than broth when you're sick because of the egg protein.
Ingredients
4 c. chicken broth
2 eggs lightly beaten
1-2 minced green onion or onion powder (lightly beaten)
Salt & pepper - to taste
Sesame oil
Directions:
Boil broth, add s&p, and oil
Cook 1 minute
Stream egg in while stirring
Garnish with onion if desired
